Dirollo classic, is a yellow cheese with low fat, has only 16% fat, very rich taste and aroma for even greater enjoyment, without guilt! It is produced from pasteurized cow’s milk from which the cream has been removed (ie it has been skimmed) by the traditional method. In this way the fat of the milk is removed and we have a dairy product that has a high content of proteins, while at the same time it is low in fat – compared to similar full fat products.
