KATSELIS DOUBLE-YOURDED, a new tasty and fluffy bread, intertwined with the tradition and values of the Katselis brand. It is made from selected flour and olive oil, and with a double fermentation process that allows time for the sourdough to rest and mature, before being re-fermented with the dough. Thus, the bread acquires a fluffy, characteristic texture, rich taste and aroma and, most importantly, it is kept unchanged for days, without preservatives.
