Smoked sardine in wood oven. For TRATA sardines, we choose only freshly caught fish, which after being carefully cleaned, checked and placed in cans, are steamed slightly, in order to keep the flesh tender and fluffy, as well as their nutrients. At the end we add tomato sauce slightly flavored with onion and garlic, giving the whole a special Mediterranean taste.
